    • Support integration of technical tools for presentations, reports, and internal communications.
  • Social Media & Digital Outreach
    • Manage and grow presence across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
    • Develop content calendars and social media campaigns aligned with regional workforce goals.
    • Analyze engagement metrics and recommend strategies to improve reach and impact.
  • Brand & Storytelling Strategy
    • Ensure all materials align with the organization's branding and messaging guidelines.
    • Collaborate with program staff to identify client stories that highlight the impact of workforce services.
    • Interview participants and partners in a respectful, inclusive manner to gather content.
  • General Support
    • Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and website content updates.
    • Participate in regional events, capturing live content for digital use.
    • Provide training or support to staff in basic communications tools as needed.
