Job Overview
- Meets with participants to identify barriers to employment and develop strategies to manage these issues
- Maintains regular contact with caseload to provide guidance and referrals to help participant retain employment
- Maintains complete, accurate and timely case notes and related records in manual and/or electronic systems
- Creates, updates, and completes of job seeker activities, document in appropriate systems according to contract deadlines
- Facilitates and delivers job readiness curriculum to participants
- Develops resumes with participants and maintains roster of resumes for participants seeking employment
- Creates and maintains employer contacts
- Develops and maintains collaborative worksite agreements between program and area employers
- Meets with employers to create a pipeline of employment for participants in program
- Ensures access to supportive services and retention services for participants
- Manages outreach to referrals / participants who fail to show for appointment
- Creates, updates, and ensures completion of plans according to contract deadlines
- Attends scheduled weekly unit meetings
- Works cross-functionally with other Equus programs within designated service area
- Monitors and records job seeker participation in required activities
- Knows, understands, and implements current and future company and contract specific policies, SOPs, and Operations Memos
- Ensures confidentiality of job seeker information and protect and secure company equipment and property
- Authorizes, distributes, and reconciles transportation assistance
- Ensures timely submission and preparation of documentation for scanning
- Utilizes a trauma-informed mindset in all interactions and adopt trauma-responsive practices
- Other duties as assigned
