Job Overview
- Provides orientation and enrollment support for all new members of the Jobs-Plus program
- Reviews and completes all forms required for successful enrollment into the program
- Follows up on all no shows and reschedules their appointments
Conducts group orientations
Guides members to available online options services and automated tools, learning tools and enrolls members in Learning Metrix - Trains members on various literacy topics of interest
Teaches basic Microsoft Software courses, Pre-GED courses through Google Classroom - Administers quarterly TABE test examinations to individuals to demonstrate progression
- Contacts potential members provided by outreach staff
- Performs Job Readiness training components on a weekly basis Job Readiness Training components on a weekly basis
- Other duties as assigned
