- Oversee monthly and quarterly management reporting, including P&L, cash flow, and KPI dashboards.
- Analyze financial results, variances, and trends to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Prepare executive-level presentations that translate financial data into recommendations.
- Strategic Partnership
- Collaborate with business units to identify and optimize performance drivers.
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives and business planning.
- Act as a key liaison between finance and operational teams to align goals and resources.
