Role Summary

Support the timely and accurate movement of domestic freight while providing excellent customer service and maintaining smooth daily operations.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry and shipment updates
• Track, trace, and follow up on shipments throughout the workflow
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and carriers to support delivery needs
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and documentation
• Maintain strong communication and positive working relationships
• Adhere to SOPs, compliance requirements, and KPI expectations
• Support continuous improvement in daily operational processes
• Escalate concerns when necessary to ensure service performance and customer satisfaction
