Job Overview

  1. To manage the Visitor Management System in accordance with company policies, including registration and issuance of access credentials such as Smart Pass (QR code), T/V/S cards, and FZ cards for employees, visitors, and vendors.
  2. To oversee reception duties, including welcoming visitors, updating the visitor welcome board, managing meeting and conference room, and handling incoming telephone calls professionally.
  3. To handle Mail and Courier Services, including receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming/internal mail and documents, registering incoming/outgoing parcels, and coordinating courier consolidation documents.
  4. To manage daily postage delivery and maintain accurate stock control of company stamps to support operational requirements.
  5. To arrange stationery and office supplies for all office locations, ensuring availability and proper inventory control.
  6. To prepare monthly reports on local calls, international calls and other ad hoc reports relating to personnel and administration.
  7. To proceed with admin expenses through the Expo/Accounting system in compliance with company procedures and timelines.
  8. To provide clerical support to the Department, including assistance with office services/maintenance or company events.
  9. To assist in managing messengers and overseeing certain assigned routes or urgent delivery requirements.
  10. To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs.
