As a Sales Manager - Account Manager you will nurture relationships and drive growth within our existing account portfolio. You’ll champion Freshworks’ products by helping organizations work smarter, achieve stronger outcomes, and deliver outstanding experiences. We’re looking for someone collaborative and driven by a growth mindset, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about unlocking opportunities through cross-sell, upsell, and expansion in strategic accounts.
What you will do:
- Engage, discover & drive results: Develop and execute customer-focused account plans exceeding revenue targets through upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and new opportunities.
- Articulate Value: Be a strategic partner, understanding customer challenges, connecting solutions to real-world outcomes, and engaging executives in impactful conversations and results. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to represent our solutions with confidence.
- Execute the Sales Process: Lead and close complex enterprise deals with mastery, building alignment across C-level stakeholders, negotiating value-based agreements, and driving opportunities to successful outcomes.
- Learn & Collaborate: Work with colleagues across Customer Success, Implementations, Billing, Deal Desk, Pre-Sales, and Marketing to ensure seamless customer experiences. Share your expertise by mentoring and supporting teammates in their growth.
- Expand & Grow: Drive net revenue retention by identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Build strategic account plans, strengthen executive relationships, and deliver consistent forecasting and revenue execution. Travel, as required, to deepen partnerships, unlock new use cases, and represent Freshworks with purpose.
