We are looking for a hands-on, technically-driven leader to build and guide a brand-new team in Sri Lanka comprising of TAMs, FDEs and other Engineer Roles. This is a unique opportunity to blend your technical expertise with leadership, acting as a critical bridge between our US teams and a budding local talent pool. You will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative, start-up-like culture within a larger enterprise, ensuring our local team is equipped to deliver high-impact AI solutions directly to our customers. You will be a mentor, a coach, and a technical expert all in one.
What You'll Do
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, interview, and onboard local technical talent, building a high-performing TAM, FDE & other roles from the ground up.
- Provide continuous coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance to team members, helping them grow their skills and navigate complex challenges.
- Foster a culture of ownership, curiosity, and rapid iteration within the local team.
- Technical Guidance & Execution:
- Maintain a deep understanding of IFS & TheLoops platform and complex technical language to effectively guide your team.
- Ensure the technical quality and on-time delivery of customer projects.
- Act as a technical escalation point, helping your team troubleshoot difficult deployments and optimize agent performance.
- Knowledge Transfer & Collaboration:
- Design and execute a comprehensive knowledge transfer program to seamlessly integrate the local team with the remote US team.
- Serve as a key liaison, facilitating clear communication and collaboration between our US-based Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams and your local team.
- Regularly share local team insights and customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
