Senior Finance Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to join the offshore FP&A team supporting IFS’s Global Sales organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and performance analysis across the Sales organisation.

You will work closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner and collaborate with regional and functional stakeholders to deliver accurate, insightful financial information that drives business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes for Global Sales.
• Prepare and maintain detailed variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) with clear commentary.
• Maintain reporting on deal level data including ACV, TCV & Revenue
• Build and update financial models to support forecasting and Scenario planning
• Assist with automation and enhancement of reporting using Excel and Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across sources.
• Manage data inputs and reconciliations from multiple systems (e.g., CRM, HR, and ERP).
• Support analysis of FTE headcount across HC and report on critical HC ratios
• Prepare presentation materials and summary packs for review with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate manual tasks, supporting continuous improvement in FP&A operations.
• Champion adoption of new tools and systems to drive improved reporting and analysis
