The EMX MRO Account Executive drives new business growth by helping organizations modernize and streamline their Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) processes. This role focuses on identifying operational inefficiencies within manufacturing, facilities management, and asset‑intensive industries, then positioning EMX’s software as the solution that improves inventory accuracy, enhances maintenance planning, and reduces downtime. Success requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship‑building skills, and the ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear, compelling software value.
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue from license sales, service sales and maintenance services
- Work within an assigned multi-state territory of mid-market companies ($150M - $2B)
- Steer the execution of the sales cycle
- Identify and manage various indirect sales channels
- Sell directly to executive-level decision-makers
- Utilize business partners to supplement offerings and provide implementation services
