GTM/Tech sourcer

We have an AI start-up client who needs a technical/GTM sourcer. This is a six-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time.

• Fractional / contract sourcer (20 hours weekly)
• Open to concurrent engagements / double-billing

Core Focus

• Market mapping + outbound sourcing
• Pre-sales talent (e.g., Solutions Engineers, Sales Engineers)
• Post-sales talent (e.g., Customer Success, Support, Implementation)
• Occasional Tech roles (engineering adjacent)

Productivity Expectation

• 75–100 sourced profiles per week
• ~20 qualified targets per day
