Job Overview
- The Junior Pastry Chef is responsible for supporting the Senior Pastry Chef and Executive Head Chef in all aspects of the bakery section.
- Completing inventories and food requisitions.
- Managing and training kitchen staff.
- Supervising the production of pastries and desserts for service and functions.
- Responsible for ensuring food quality according to department standards and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with the Zimbabwe standards.
