Job Overview

  • The Junior Pastry Chef is responsible for supporting the Senior Pastry Chef and Executive Head Chef in all aspects of the bakery section.
  • Completing inventories and food requisitions.
  • Managing and training kitchen staff.
  • Supervising the production of pastries and desserts for service and functions.
  • Responsible for ensuring food quality according to department standards and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with the Zimbabwe standards.
