Job Overview
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across all channels.
- Oversee and manage the brand’s communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning across all digital, print, and media platforms.
- Develop creative campaigns and initiatives to promote Anantara Ubud luxury offerings, services, and unique experiences, focusing on key target markets.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align marketing activities and leverage global initiatives while adapting them for local relevance.
- Manage public relations efforts, working with media outlets, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of marketing and communications professionals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and ensure Anantara remains a leader in the luxury hotel sector.
- Oversee budget planning, allocation, and performance reporting for all marketing and communications activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
