Cluster Reservations Manager

· Create daily pickup reports and distribute to relevant hotel teams.
· Conduct regular briefings with the reservations department to share updates and align on priorities.
· Monitor competitor pricing, demand trends, and booking pace to identify opportunities and risks.
· Oversee the reservations team to ensure accuracy, service excellence, and timely responses.
· Handle group, corporate, and VIP bookings in coordination with Sales and Front Office.
· Maintain and update PMS, RMS, and related systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
· Supervise and train the reservations team, providing coaching and performance feedback.
· Conduct regular rate audits and ensure adherence to pricing and revenue policies.
· Review daily arrivals, allocations, and special requests to ensure a seamless guest experience.
· Assist the Director of Revenue with rate loading, strategy development, and reporting for revenue meetings.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance reports.
· Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure alignment on commercial initiatives and sales strategies.
