Oaks Auckland Hotel is looking for a full-time Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead the team, our vibrant on-site restaurant and bar. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
You’ll play a hands-on leadership role overseeing daily operations, staff performance, and guest satisfaction, while driving the restaurant’s promotional activity and ensuring consistent service excellence.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, train, and mentor the team to deliver consistent quality and uphold brand standards.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, to drive engagement and revenue.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, budgets, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the Hotel Manager and wider hotel team to enhance the overall guest offering.
- Perform Duty Manager responsibilities as required.
Shift Details (subject to change):
- Monday to Sunday rotating roster
- Split shifts may be required during the week on an ad hoc basis
