We are seeking a dynamic Front Office Manager to lead our guest‑facing operations and be part of the pre‑opening leadership team. This role is pivotal in shaping the guest journey, setting service standards, and building a motivated team culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the Front Office team to deliver seamless, personalized guest experiences.
  • Oversee daily operations including check‑in/out, reservations, concierge, and guest relations.
  • Develop and implement SOPs tailored to the hotel’s brand standards and local market.
  • Drive revenue through upselling, cross‑selling, and guest loyalty initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Housekeeping, and F&B to ensure flawless coordination.
  • Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and scheduling to optimize efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and empowerment.
  • Act as the face of the hotel, handling VIPs, special requests, and guest feedback with professionalism.
