- Meticulously maintaining Team Member files, ensuring absolute accuracy and confidentiality at all times
- Assisting in the crucial process of talent acquisition by posting job adverts and conducting preliminary screenings of applications with utmost diligence
- Updating HR spreadsheets, databases, and HR Systems under close supervision, understanding the critical nature of data integrity in HR operations
- Providing comprehensive administrative support for hearings, recognising the sensitive and often legal implications of these proceedings
