Kids Club Attendant

As a Kids Club Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our youngest guests are entertained, cared for, and engaged through creative and age-appropriate activities. Your enthusiasm and energy will help create lasting memories for families visiting our resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and actively engage children in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities including arts & crafts, games, storytelling, music, and educational play.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in the Kids Club area at all times.
• Follow all safety, security, and hygiene protocols, including child check-in/check-out procedures.
• Assist with the planning and execution of daily activity programs, themed events, and special celebrations.
• Communicate with parents and guardians professionally and empathetically regarding their child’s participation, behavior, and well-being.
• Monitor children’s needs and respond appropriately to emotional, social, and physical needs while in your care.
• Maintain accurate records such as attendance logs, incident reports, and activity updates.
• Report any equipment or facility maintenance needs promptly.
• Support other recreation or guest experience activities when required.
• Uphold the resort’s brand standards, values, and guest service excellence at all times.
