Job Overview

  • Fully understand the business strategy and brand positioning of Minor Hotels / NH Collection Brand and articulate them effectively across all communication touchpoints.
  • Lead the development of the hotel’s annual marketing and PR plan, ensuring alignment with commercial goals, brand guidelines, and evolving market conditions.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the hotel’s product offerings, competitor landscape, guest segments, and emerging industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of all marketing materials, digital content, and brand assets to ensure consistent and impactful representation.
  • Manage the presentation of the hotel on all media channels, industry directories, partner websites, OTAs, and social platforms.
  • Lead the curation, organization, and continual enhancement of the hotel’s multimedia library, including photography, video, digital assets, and brand collateral.
  • Public Relations & Media Engagement
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, opinion leaders, and key community stakeholders.
  • Manage all PR activities including press releases, media pitches, interviews, crisis communication, and press events.
  • Monitor media coverage, compile media clippings, and share insights with internal stakeholders to maximize brand visibility and opportunity.
  • Identify and secure external sponsorship and partnership opportunities for brand activations, promotions, and special projects.
  • Oversee hotel-level marketing campaigns, ensuring strong ROI, accurate brand alignment, and measurable business impact.
  • Support the development of new client relationships and maintain insightful data on potential revenue opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Minor Hotels corporate Marketing & PR teams on cross-brand campaigns, global initiatives, and corporate projects.
  • Provide market research that adds genuine competitive advantage and is valued by hotel leadership and corporate counterparts.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Front Office, Reservations, Events, and Operations teams to ensure consistent delivery of the brand promise.
  • Participate in sales trips, site inspections, roadshows, and familiarization activities to support business development.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of departmental communication, reporting, correspondence, budgets, and approvals.
  • Leadership, Performance & Financial Accountability
  • Achieve all agreed performance objectives and work with the Commercial team to ensure measurable impact on brand equity and revenue generation.
  • Maintain strong budgetary control, monitor marketing spend, and adhere to internal financial procedures.
