Purchasing Manager - Avani+ Lanexang Vientiane Hotel (Pre-Opening Team)

As Purchasing Manager, you'll drive procurement excellence in support of the hotel’s pre-opening and early operational phase. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you'll:

• Develop and implement strategic purchasing processes aligned with Avani+ brand standards and local market dynamics.
• Source, negotiate, and secure best-value contracts for goods and services—covering F&B, hospitality amenities, O&M supplies, and CAPEX items.
• Build and maintain relationships with global and local suppliers to ensure supply chain reliability and cost efficiency.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead risk mitigation efforts, and manage vendor audits.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, Spa) to forecast demand, control inventory, and minimize waste.
• Lead supplier selection, RFx processes, purchase order issuance, and invoice reconciliation.
• Ensure all procurement activities follow hotel policies, legal requirements, quality standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
