- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting for F&B outlets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute F&B promotions and special events.
- Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative service concepts to enhance guest experience.
