Job Overview

 

  • To work as a team with colleagues, to ensure timely service and a smooth running operation.
  • Supervise daily operations across all F&B outlets, including dining areas, bars, and room service.
  • Ensure outstanding guest service and handle any service-related concerns professionally.
  • Train, motivate, and guide F&B team members to uphold service excellence.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, section allocations, and service briefings.
  • Monitor service quality, presentation standards, and guest satisfaction levels.
  • Work closely with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping departments for seamless operations.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and maintaining par levels for F&B supplies.
  • Ensure all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are strictly followed.
  • Support the implementation of new menus, promotions, and service procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting for F&B outlets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute F&B promotions and special events.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative service concepts to enhance guest experience.
