- Collaborate with camp staff to ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of local flora, fauna, and ecosystems
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance guiding skills
- Manage guest expectations and handle any concerns or special requests professionally
- Contribute to the camp's sustainability initiatives and minimise environmental impact
- Assist in wildlife research projects and data collection when required
- Liaise with local communities to support conservation efforts and cultural understanding
- Maintain accurate records of game drives, wildlife sightings, and guest feedback
