Bellman & Driver

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bellman & Driver to join our hospitality team in Krong Siem Reap, Cambodia. In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while ensuring their comfortable and safe transportation.

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, assisting them with luggage and escorting them to their rooms
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and respond to guest inquiries
• Safely transport guests to and from the airport, local attractions, and other destinations as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby and entrance area
• Assist with parking when required
• Ensure the hotel vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled
• Coordinate with the front desk to manage guest transportation needs
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
