Job Overview
- Ensure all staff on the floor are meeting and exceeding company standards of guest satisfaction and service
- Provide leadership, problem solving and decision making in all areas
- Provide ongoing training, motivating, and monitoring of staff
- Achieve and/or exceed sales projections
- Perform office duties such as scheduling, monthly inventory and pass-on
- Assist in ordering product
- Conduct employee performance reviews
- Provide discipline when necessary and complete required documentation
- Handle guest requests and complaints and authorize compensation when necessary
- Provide floor support when business levels require including expediting food, preparing and serving beverages, conducting quality checks etc.
- Adhere to and enforce organizational policies and procedures
- Actively contribute to a positive and motivating workplace
