Job Overview

As F&B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue across all food and beverage outlets, private dining, and event spaces at Avani+ Lanexang Vientiane. You will proactively identify business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and position the hotel as a vibrant lifestyle dining and social destination in Vientiane.

This role requires a dynamic, commercially minded professional who understands market trends, corporate networking, and social engagement, while working closely with the Sales and F&B teams to deliver creative and profitable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and secure F&B business opportunities including corporate dining, social events, private parties, and group bookings.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, embassies, event planners, and local businesses.

  • Promote restaurant concepts, special promotions, seasonal menus, and lifestyle events.

  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations.

  • Coordinate with F&B Operations to ensure seamless execution of confirmed events and bookings.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with hotel policies.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging dining concepts.

  • Support marketing initiatives and collaborate on promotional campaigns.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare regular sales performance reports.
