Assist in preparing pastries, desserts, breads, and baked products according to recipes and standards
Measure, mix, bake, and decorate cakes, tarts, mousses, plated desserts, and specialty items
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry products
Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP)
Support mise en place preparation for daily service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
Help in receiving and storing pastry ingredients properly
Assist in developing new dessert ideas when required
