Job Overview
- Authorize and inspect all incoming goods to verify quantity, quality, price, and specifications meet hotel standards
- Prepare daily receiving reports and immediately report any variances or discrepancies
- Input Food and Beverage and General store purchases into the hotel inventory system
- Maintain security of goods in the receiving area and ensure prompt, safe transfer to storage
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements
