Villa Host Manager

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Villa Host Manager to join our luxury resort in Seychelles. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our exclusive villas and the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of villa operations and Front Office Operations
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of villa hosts, Guest Relations Officers, Bellman, Telephone Operators, Guest Service Agents
• Serve as the primary point of contact for villa guests, addressing their needs and requests promptly and efficiently
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Oversee villa inventory, maintenance schedules, and budget management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain the quality and presentation of villas
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for villa operations and Front Office Operations
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to continually improve services
