Job Overview

Due to growth within Minor Hotels the Payroll Team are expanding and are now seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our supportive team in our Maroochydore head office.

About the Role
Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the full end-to-end processing of payroll for our diverse portfolio of hotel properties across Australia and New Zealand. Your expertise will ensure our team members are paid accurately and on time, and that we remain compliant with all relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end payroll processing for a high-volume, multi-site workforce
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with awards and EBAs
  • Prepare and reconcile payroll reports and journals
  • Respond to payroll queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external bodies as required
  • Assist with process improvements and payroll-related projects
