Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and develop sales supervisor and sales team  to achieve sales and distribution targets.
  • Translate regional sales strategies into actionable execution plans.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
  • Ensure effective coverage, trade promotion execution, and customer relationship management.
  • Support compliance with company sales policies, processes, and reporting requirements.

Experience/Skills Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, general trade, or sales leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams toward achieving sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coaching skills

Education / Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
