Founder’s Associate - Working Student / Intern (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Founder’s Associate (Working Student or Intern) to join our start-up team. You’ll be involved in both strategic and hands-on initiatives that directly shape the growth of claim.me. From taking part in a wide range of projects across go-to-market, data analysis, and operational processes, you will contribute to modernizing parcel claims for online retailers with real ownership and strong growth potential from day one.

You’ll get the best of both worlds: a proven product trusted by leading online shops in Germany, paired with the speed and ambition of a fast-growing venture within Seven Senders. You’ll work closely with the CEO and the Head of claim.me, gain direct exposure to decision-making, and can join as a working student or intern, depending on your study requirements and personal situation.

The essence of your role 

• Supporting the full GTM journey, from pitch preparation to contract discussions and account management
• Shaping how claim.me is positioned and sold to online retailers
• Analyzing customer, product, and operational data, identifying patterns, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making
• Improving internal processes and workflows
• Taking ownership of projects that help claim.me scale sustainably
