Role Summary
 
Sophos is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager based in Brazil to lead in-market channel execution as part of the LATAM marketing strategy. Brazil is a priority growth market requiring strong local execution, tight sales alignment, and clear performance visibility.
 
This high-accountability individual contributor role is responsible for executing channel marketing programs that drive revenue, strengthen partner activation, and improve campaign follow-up across Brazil. The role works closely with Brazil Sales leadership, regional Channel teams, distributors, and the LATAM Marketing Director to ensure consistent execution, ROI measurement, and alignment with regional objectives.

Success will be measured by:

Improved campaign follow-up and sales alignment
Increased visibility into Brazil marketing performance and ROI
Consistent execution of localized partner programs
Measurable contribution to partner-driven revenue growth
 
This role will report directly to the LATAM Marketing Director.

What You Will Do

  • Channel & Partner Marketing Execution
  • Execute strategic channel marketing plans to drive partner revenue and market growth in Brazil
  • Manage MDF programs end-to-end (planning, approval, execution, tracking, ROI analysis)
  • Support distributors and partners in building and executing MDF-backed marketing plans
  • Drive awareness and demand campaigns with distributors and key partners
  • Execute partner-focused initiatives including webinars, email campaigns, sponsorships, content marketing, and event-based lead generation
  • Manage Sophos Rewards and incentive programs, tracking participation and ROI
  • Use AI-driven tools to streamline workflows, analyze partner performance, and scale execution across multiple partner programs without sacrificing quality or impact. 

  • Sales Alignment & Performance Visibility
  • Partner closely with Brazil Sales leadership to align marketing programs with pipeline priorities
  • Improve campaign follow-up processes and lead visibility
  • Support tracking and reporting of Brazil channel marketing performance (lead imports, attribution clarity, ROI visibility)
  • Provide regular performance insights and updates to regional stakeholders

  • Events & Partner Activation
  • Plan and execute partner and company conferences, seminars, and field events
  • Support recruitment and activation of new service provider partners through targeted marketing programs and events
  • Coordinate with external vendors to execute campaigns and events within approved budgets

  • Localization & Communications
  • Coordinate PT-BR localization of marketing materials to ensure timely, relevant execution
  • Support partner communications across email, newsletters, webinars, partner portal, and app
  • Drive awareness of Sophos’ award-winning partner program and next-generation cybersecurity solutions

  • Travel requirement: Approximately 15%

What You Will Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing or channel marketing (technology or cybersecurity experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to build and execute marketing plans that drive measurable results
  • Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and distributor/partner engagement
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accountability
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility with partners, distributors, and sales teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to make measurable business impact
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using AI-powered tools and automation to improve efficiency, generate insights, and enhance execution across marketing programs
  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Professional English proficiency (required)
  • Spanish strongly preferred
