Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and confirm meetings.
- Handle client calls, emails, and voicemails with professionalism and compassion.
- Support case-related administrative tasks, including digital filing and document organization.
- Assist with intake coordination, client onboarding, and communication follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and engagement activities.
- Ensure deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively.
- Support community outreach initiatives and administrative tasks tied to business development.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8AM – 5PM E.S.T l 8PM-5AM PHT
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of prior administrative support experience (legal or professional services environment preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities remotely.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (GSuite).
- Tech-savvy, quick learner of new software systems, with reliable internet connection.
- Professional, client-focused, and comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Growth-oriented, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
