Job Overview


On a regular basis you will 

  • Lead strategic projects and critical company initiatives
  • Help to make effective decisions even when faced with imperfect information, crunched timeline, and finite resources
  • Conduct detailed research on a wide range of projects and distill takeaways into succinct, salient points
  • Partner closely with technical teams to define product requirements
  • Collect, preprocess, and analyze data for both quick assessments and in-depth investigations
  • Own project management of timely preparation and creation of presentation materials for audiences ranging from internal staff, to investors, to partners, and to the public
  • Manage, guide, and develop more junior team members to produce timely and analytically rigorous deliverables
  • Revamp unscalable processes and set up all elements of Operations to scale efficiently 

You’re gonna crush it if

  • You have 7+ years experience in a strategic operations, business operations, consulting, or similar role, ideally at a high growth startup 
  • You have experience managing teams and enjoy fostering teamwork and getting results 
  • You have a high aptitude and ability to rapidly self-teach on a wide range of topics
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset
  • You have strong  leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
  • You have experience working with marketplaces and understanding the needs of various stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary - $150,000 - $190,000 in base salary, plus annual bonus based on goals set by your manager
