Presales Engineer

Technical leader in sales/presales processes supporting NICE System's Recording
products, supporting Account Executives conducting discovery conversations and needs analysis,
presenting product technical demos, and design of the actual recording solution to be integrated
with customers' communication platforms (PBX - ACD - CCaS).
Creation of solution design documents, including flow and architectural diagrams based on
customers' recording needs and their communication platform providers (Cisco, IPC, BT, Microsoft
Teams, Zoom, etc.).
Value proposition presentation in high level customer meetings to different audiences (Compliance
Officers, IT, Security, Risk Managers, Networking and Telephony engineers).
Assist in quoting and compelling commercial pricing proposals.
Provide feedback about product to Product House and R&D teams.
The Portfolio Solution Engineer has the following duties:
- Professionally and independently conduct discovery conversations and needs analysis for business and technical topics using astute questioning skills to understand, anticipate and exceed customer needs.
- Deliver tailored and custom demonstrations that align to NICE portfolio with customer’s business and IT challenges in mind
- Lead in all technical aspects of the sales process in collaboration with account executives and overlay teams
- Able to promptly respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- Assist NICE sales teams with creating compelling pricing proposals
- Assist with definition and execution of successful proof of concepts (POC), where appropriate.
- Provide product feedback and suggestions to Product teams
