Job Overview

The Technical Lead / Development Manager (10+Years Exp) will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, leading and mentoring a team of developers, guiding them in best practices, reviewing code, and advising on technical architecture and innovation to enhance a growing knowledge management platform. This person will spearhead the adoption of technology, product enhancements, and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, feedback, and support to foster growth and effective collaboration.
  • Design and maintain a strategic technical roadmap aligned with product goals, market trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Oversee product development cycles, ensuring timely delivery of quality releases and efficient sprint management.
  • Review and approve code and architecture, ensuring adherence to coding standards, scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Identify opportunities for technical innovation and adoption of new tools, frameworks, or methodologies to drive product excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, QA, and Design—to deliver feature-rich, reliable solutions.
  • Develop schedules, delegate tasks, and track team performance using metrics and feedback processes.
  • Conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot issues, and develop contingency plans for project risks.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology advancements, recommending modern features and enhancements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and technical decision-making across teams.
