Job Overview

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and accurately respond to written and oral queries from Employees / Ex-Employees regarding queries, concerns and requests pertaining to changes in their life-cycle and / or post separation
  • Interface with HRBPs, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll personnel to assist in the administration and support of employee queries and requests
  • Responsible for the employee file maintenance
  • Maintain high degree of confidentiality
  • Execute other lawful tasks assigned by the management
