Sutherland is seeking an experienced Mail Operations/SOC/email Abuse Manager!
This position is onsite, based in Cairo or Alexandria, Egypt. In this role, you will drive client success, delivery excellence, and strategic growth for email operations, spam/abuse mitigation, along with Trust & Safety programs.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Serve as the primary client interface, managing governance, reporting, and strategic alignment
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of email operations, ensuring SLA, quality, and compliance adherence
- Analyze trends, risks, and performance metrics using Splunk-driven insights to guide decision-making
- Manage multi-vendor ecosystems and ensure alignment across global stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement industry best practices
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and email security standards
- Support business growth through solutioning, upsell opportunities, and thought leadership
