Donor Advocate

All candidates must:

• Have a High level of empathy.
• Have intensive attention to details – Commits minimal to zero errors in following provided processes and guidelines.
• Have effective verbal and written communication – Listens attentively, take notes of details, asks logical probing questions, relays information clearly, concisely and cohesively.

• Have the ability to recommend sound solutions through the utilization of researched details.

• Understand donor needs (Experience and knowledge of donating blood)- preferred not required.

• Have excellent soft skills and ability to empathize genuinely.

• Possess the ability to manage difficult conversations and de-escalate as needed.

• Have good critical thinking skills with ability to think quickly and offer timely solutions.

• Possess the ability to multi-task – Able to navigate through multiple tools while maintaining effective conversation with donors.

• Be able to work onsite.

• Be flexible to work on designated days for Monday to Friday: 9am to 10pm EST and Saturday-Sunday: 9am to 6pm EST (future date)
