Travel Support Services

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Support Services professional to join our team in Hyderabad, India. You will manage travel bookings, coordinate with vendors, and provide exceptional support to travelers while maintaining compliance with company travel policies. • Book and manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa services using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and travel management software
• Coordinate with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and ground transportation providers to secure competitive rates and resolve service issues
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries and provide pre-travel briefings to employees, including destination information and travel guidelines
• Monitor travel expenses and ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget allocations
• Handle travel-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing proactive support to travelers before, during, and after their trips
• Maintain accurate travel records, documentation, and expense reports in the travel management system
• Analyze travel data and spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize travel programs
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including finance, HR, and management, regarding travel requirements and updates
• Customize travel solutions based on individual employee needs while adhering to organizational guidelines
• Stay current with travel industry trends, visa requirements, and regulatory changes affecting business travel
