Job Overview
- Providing service and solution oriented advice to units in the assigned task area including coordinating the implementation of staff related measures and escalation cases
- Devising concepts and rules for the implementation of HR processes in the task area
- Carrying out comprehensive needs based target group specific HR information management
- Clarifying difficult complex customer requests
- Developing key indicators relevant for steering including monitoring recommending and implementing measures to professionalize HR services
- Steering external service providers in the assigned task area Managing projects or being involved in the design of cross functional and HR projects
- Special Tasks Developing Qualification Measures with regard to Leadership Programms and Expert Qualification Skill Academy including conception and analysis
- Promoting and Marketing of HR related Qualification products
