 Bid Manager in Expert Sales Digital Department Expert Sales Digital About Us Digital Sales is the specialized sales division for the complete PA Digital portfolio of T Systems Within Digital Sales you will be assigned to the Bid Management Team which oversees the end to end bid process

Your Role Bid Manager m f d In this role you will support the Bid Manager in managing the bid process from start to finish You will ensure that all bids are completed on time and meet the company s quality standards This role involves coordinating with various departments understanding customer requirements and developing compelling bids to win new contracts

Responsibilities Bid Coordination Support the entire bid process including planning scheduling and coordinating all activities related to the bid Collaboration Act as an interface with sales technical legal and other relevant departments to ensure a smooth process and that all aspects of the bid are covered Support in Bid Preparation Assist in analyzing tender documents and developing bid strategies Bid Development Work with subject matter experts to develop and create high quality bids that meet customer requirements and highlight the company s strengths Customer Interaction Interact with customers to understand their needs answer their questions and explain the bid Compliance Ensure that all bids comply with company policies customer requirements and legal regulations Risk Management Identify and mitigate risks associated with the bid process Documentation Maintain records of all bid activities and decisions Continuous Improvement Enhance the bid process based on feedback and insights from previous bids Your Profile For this position you should have the following qualifications A degree in business administration computer science engineering with professional experience in the IT industry with Digital portfolio bid management Technical knowledge IT skills are required good knowledge of Digital portfolios especially in Automotive and Health portfolios with 8 years of experience Knowledge about the Sales Process and first experience in Salesforce CRM system Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously High level of precision and attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and enjoyment of cross functional collaboration Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities Excellent time management with the ability to meet tight deadlines Proficiency English fluent is required and German language experts are preferred
