Job Overview

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Employee Data Administration and Inquiry Management specialist or minimum a bachelor’s degree
  • Promptly and conclusively handling HR orders, including conclusively clarifying even difficult, complex customer requests in selected HR processes
  • Providing customers with general advice on individual staff related measures, as needed
  • If necessary, resolving process disruptions; initiating and tracking escalation measures
  • Preparing and maintaining standard correspondence, contracts, and other standard documents as per system requirements
  • Maintaining HR data and ensuring the quality of the data Monitoring order completion and compliance with deadlines, including data checking
  • Preparing and providing certificates
  • Handling standardized internal/external correspondence, e.g., with health insurers and authorities
  • Serves as subject matter expert for Employee Data Administration as well as for Inquiry Management process process area and its related activities
  • Supports Resourcing tasks and transaction processes related to Employee Data Administration and Inquiry Management
  • English knowledge - advanced (written, spoken)
  • Solid analytical skills and problem solving

  • Strong verbal/written skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner
