Job Overview
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Employee Data Administration and Inquiry Management specialist or minimum a bachelor’s degree
- Promptly and conclusively handling HR orders, including conclusively clarifying even difficult, complex customer requests in selected HR processes
- Providing customers with general advice on individual staff related measures, as needed
- If necessary, resolving process disruptions; initiating and tracking escalation measures
- Preparing and maintaining standard correspondence, contracts, and other standard documents as per system requirements
- Maintaining HR data and ensuring the quality of the data Monitoring order completion and compliance with deadlines, including data checking
- Preparing and providing certificates
- Handling standardized internal/external correspondence, e.g., with health insurers and authorities
- Serves as subject matter expert for Employee Data Administration as well as for Inquiry Management process process area and its related activities
- Supports Resourcing tasks and transaction processes related to Employee Data Administration and Inquiry Management
- English knowledge - advanced (written, spoken)
