Technical Project Manager The 10 yrs of exp Technical Project Manager will lead cross functional teams to deliver complex telecom IT solutions ensuring alignment with business goals technical feasibility and timely delivery This role involves managing project scope timelines budgets and stakeholder expectations while driving innovation and operational excellence Lead end to end delivery of telecom IT projects Coordinate cross functional teams and stakeholders Align technical solutions with business goals Manage project scope timelines and budgets Mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively Ensure compliance with telecom standards and regulations Drive continuous improvement and post project reviews Project Management Skills Proven ability to manage and deliver projects lead medium sized teams establish schedules effort estimates and project plan WBS Experienced in Agile SAFe delivery methodology scrum daily standups retrospective meetings track relevant metrics such as burndown story point est vs delivered etc Excellent communication skills to be able to liaise with global clients and handle multi cultural teams Prior Hands on experience with leading ServiceNow development implementation will be important consideration Must have Domain experience in Telecom
