Java Lead Developer

Experience: 10+ Years

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Design and develop complex enterprise-level applications across full stack (backend and frontend), applying design patterns, best practices, and clean code principles
• Conduct requirement analysis in close cooperation with internal stakeholders, product owners, and business analysts
• Develop backend solutions using Java/Kotlin with Spring Boot, including microservices, REST API design, and MS Graph API integration
• Develop frontend solutions using Angular and PrimeNG, creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces with cross-browser compatibility
• Deliver solutions following Agile methodology and Scrum practices, ensuring timely and production-ready software
• Actively participate in R&D projects and proof of concepts, including AI-driven solutions and innovative technologies
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and testers to ensure quality assurance and successful solution implementation
• Mentor junior developers, provide constructive code reviews, and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices
