Java Lead developer

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

**Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain user interface components using React, ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalability and long-term maintainability
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, functional code with strong proficiency in JavaScript ES6, HTML5, and CSS3
• Manage application state effectively using Redux or Context API
• Utilize modern build tools such as Webpack and Babel to optimize development workflows
• Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL into front-end applications
• Maintain version control using Git and enforce consistent coding standards across the team
• Promote best coding practices and mentor team members on front-end development excellence
• Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum environments to deliver features on schedule
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on architecture and design decisions for front-end solutions
