Job Title: UX Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented UX Designer who has expertise in creating user-centric designs and a solid background in producing visually appealing and effective PowerPoint presentations, decks, and graphical representations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design engaging user experiences while also creating compelling visual content for internal and external presentations. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and able to seamlessly integrate design principles into presentations to communicate ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• UX Design:
o Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
o Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform design decisions.
o Develop wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
o Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create and iterate on design solutions.

• Presentation & Deck Creation:
o Create visually impactful PowerPoint presentations and decks for internal stakeholders, leadership, and client-facing purposes.
o Develop presentation materials that effectively communicate design concepts, research findings, and project updates.
o Ensure consistency in visual design and branding across all presentations.

• Graphical Representations:
o Design charts, infographics, and other graphical elements to support and enhance presentations.
o Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to produce high-quality graphics for various business needs.
o Maintain a keen eye for visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and composition to create clean and effective visual storytelling.

• Collaboration & Feedback:
o Work closely with team members to gather and integrate feedback into the design process.
o Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions, sharing insights and solutions to design challenges. 

Skills & Qualifications:
• Required:
o Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
o 3+ years of experience in UX Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
o Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional and visually engaging decks.
o Strong experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to create effective visual content (e.g., infographics, charts, and graphical representations).
o Solid understanding of user research methodologies, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

• Preferred:
o Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
o Familiarity with HTML/CSS or basic front-end development. o Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
o Experience with additional design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
