Solution Designer

Experience: 10 to 14 Years

**Role Summary**

We are seeking highly experienced Solution Designers to support Telecom IT B2B deliveries. The role involves end-to-end solution design, deep technical expertise, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders across ITSM, inventory management, contract lifecycle management, and assurance domains.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Deliver end-to-end solution designs aligned with enterprise architecture principles, serving as actionable input for development teams
• Conduct as-is analysis, identify gaps, and validate findings with stakeholders to support solution reviews
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to define target solutions and provide implementation support
• Design solutions in one or more competency areas: service and resource inventories, contract digitisation and catalogue management, or IT service assurance
• Share industry best practices, standards, and domain insights to guide implementation approaches
• Produce solution design documents, gap analyses, and integration specifications as project deliverables

**Required Expertise**

• 10–14 years of relevant experience in Telecom IT systems and solution design
• Deep knowledge of telecom IT systems integration patterns, APIs, and implementation best practices
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to create detailed, implementable solution designs
