ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6  years of total IT experience with strong hands‑on ServiceNow development.
• Minimum 3+ years working specifically with ServiceNow ITOM and Vulnerability Response.
• Strong expertise in:
  • ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
  • CMDB structure, CI class modeling, relationships
  • Discovery patterns, sensors, probes
  • MID Server administration
  • Event Management rules and alert correlation
  • VR workflows and scanner integrations
• Hands‑on experience with integrations via REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, ACLs, data policies, and platform security.
• Working knowledge or exposure to GenAI / Now Assist capabilities (advantage).
• Preferred certifications:
  • CSA (mandatory)
  • CIS–Discovery / CIS–Service Mapping / CIS–Event Management (advantage)
  • CIS–Vulnerability Response (highly desirable)
  • CAD (plus)
