Change Embedment Manager

As Change Embedment Manager, you will help shape how change is understood, prioritised and sustained across TAL’s Group Life & Retirement Partnerships function. In this role you will:

• Build a clear, consolidated view of change across the portfolio to improve visibility and coordination.
• Establish a practical change framework that enables confident prioritisation and decision-making.
• Surface operational and customer impacts early to reduce risk and strengthen readiness.
• Guide sequencing and decision pathways so change is progressed with clarity and focus.
• Strengthen stakeholder alignment to support smoother adoption and more effective change outcomes.
• Drive change into delivery by closing gaps and enabling successful implementation.
